RECOVERY COACHING & MENTAL WELLNESS

Healing
begins here.

Compassionate, dignified support for anyone ready to rebuild. Guided by 27 years of military service, years of social work training, and a deep belief that no one recovers alone.

WHO WE ARE

Recovery coaching for the people we count on most.

Matt Talbot Therapeutics is devoted to essential recovery coaching and mental health support. Our work is designed for people navigating addiction, burnout, and high-stress occupational trauma — with a particular commitment to veterans, first responders, and professionals carrying more than most people ever see.

Services include in-person and phone one-to-one sessions, around-the-clock phone availability for clients, and access to a comprehensive network of resources. We're here to foster hope and facilitate real, lasting change.

years of military service inform every conversation, every plan, every check-in.

RECOVERY COACHING

A partnership. Not a program.

Recovery coaching is a modern, practical layer of care that walks with you — beside therapy, beside medicine, beside real life. We focus on the road ahead: clear goals, honest weekly rhythm, and steady accountability from someone who has been in the fight.

Clarity

Name what recovery looks like for you — specifically.

Structure

Weekly rhythms that make progress inevitable.

Accountability

Someone in your corner who keeps the promise with you.

Connection

A trusted network of meetings, resources, and community.

WHY MATT TALBOT THERAPEUTICS

Lived experience. Quiet strength. A steady hand.

Our founder served 27 years in the United States military. That background shapes how we work: with honor, service, resilience, and an understanding that some of the hardest recoveries belong to the people we most rely on.

Veteran-informed

Care built from lived understanding of service, sacrifice, and reintegration.

24/7 client access

Around-the-clock phone availability. Because the hard moments don't schedule themselves.

Dignity-first

Discreet, private, professional. We meet you as a whole person, not a case.

Whole-person support

One-to-one, weekly rhythm, and community — the full ecosystem of change.

OUR PATRON

Named for Venerable Matt Talbot (1856–1925), an Irish workman who walked out of addiction and into a life of quiet service.

His story is the quiet compass of this practice: recovery is possible, dignity is non-negotiable, and no one walks the road alone.
