ABOUT THE PRACTICE
A practice built on honor, service, and the belief that people heal.
MISSION
To provide transformative recovery coaching and mental health support that empowers individuals to overcome addiction and rebuild well-being — with particular care for veterans, first responders, and professionals.
Vision
A world where recovery is dignified, accessible, and led by lived understanding.
Philosophy
The person is not the problem. Recovery is the reclamation of a whole life.
Commitment
Discretion, honesty, and steady presence — for as long as the work takes.

OUR PATRON
Venerable Matt Talbot.
Matt Talbot (1856–1925) was an Irish workman who spent years lost in addiction and then, quietly and slowly, walked out of it. He never sought recognition. He worked, he served, he prayed, and he helped others along the same road.

We took his name because his story is the honest shape of recovery: small returns, honest work, and a life rebuilt in service of others. It's the compass of everything we do here.
THE FOUNDER
Twenty-seven years of service. A lifetime of listening.
Our founder served 27 years in the United States military. That chapter — the discipline, the loss, the brotherhood, the return home — shapes every conversation held in this practice.
Veterans, first responders, and professionals often need a private place to do the work they cannot do in front of the people who depend on them. This is that place. Discreet, dignified, and informed by the road.

THE VALUES WE CARRY FORWARD
Honor. Service. Strength. Recovery.
Honor
We show up for people when it counts. Every session, every call.
Service
Care is a duty, not a transaction. We treat it that way.
Strength
Recovery is not softness. It's the hardest, bravest work a person does.
Hope
Nobody is beyond return. Nobody. We've seen it too many times.
